poor sound isolationloud music
The room had poor sound isolation. Loud music from nearby bars kept me awake until late. I also heard chairs being dragged on the rooftop at 2:45 am. The staff didn't address my complaints.

The hotel is in front of the Bosphorus, it is quite amazing. The hotel is near the Galata area, I could walk to most places. The staff are very accomodating, I found them helpful.
The room was not very airy, it don't meet my expectations. I paid a higher price, so I thought it can be better. The superior room was too small.

The reception staff handled my room change request so my children were comfortable. The hotel breakfast area had an AMAZING variety of options. The rooftop restaurant is very nice!!!
The noise from nearby bars was audible late at night.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, addressing every request with a smile and efficiency. Artur and Ibrahim Kubilan were particularly helpful with all my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the Galata Port entrance. This area offers wide varieties of restaurants and coffee shops. This made exploring the area simple and enjoyable for our family.

The food was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed every meal. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of both Turkish and international dishes. The system in the breakfast restaurant was well-organized.
